These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 3jl6 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3jl6 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at 3jl6.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full range of services on the 3jl6 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and residential address in the Philippines.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 3jl6 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 3jl6 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, and all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 3jl6 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3jl6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws, 3jl6 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3jl6 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your 3jl6 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 3jl6 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
All transactions on the 3jl6 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3jl6 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
3jl6 is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR directives. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimate may be frozen pending investigation.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 3jl6's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. 3jl6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or interruptions on the player's end.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools (bots), or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the 3jl6 Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 3jl6 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 3jl6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 3jl6.
3jl6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 3jl6 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
3jl6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time.
Players who wish to self-exclude from the 3jl6 Platform may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account or create a new account on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jl6, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
3jl6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3jl6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3jl6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3jl6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, 3jl6 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding obligations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
3jl6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and 3jl6 shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
